Lubrication method of conveying equipment:
1. Manual lubrication system: The manual dry oil station should be installed in the center of the lubrication system as much as possible, and the distributor should be fixed on the lubricated equipment. The installation part should be easy to observe and maintain, without affecting the passage of the channel. The material of the lubrication line Generally, cold-rolled seamless steel pipes can be used, copper pipes can be used for pipes after the distributor, and rubber pipes with steel wire braid must be used for movable lubrication points;
2. Electric lubrication system: The electric lubrication station is generally installed in the center of the lubrication system, and a special lubrication station room is generally required to ensure clean and dust-free. The dual-line lubrication system can supply oil to the dual-line exchange separately through the electromagnetic reversing valve. The differential pressure switch is usually installed at the end of the main line, and a distributor should be installed after the differential pressure switch. The pressure gauge is generally installed near the differential pressure switch, and the material requirements of the pipeline are the same as those of the manual lubrication system.
