What are the structural components of the pipe chain conveyor?
A pipe chain conveyor system can be composed of one or more pipe chain machines, and there are three basic forms: horizontal conveyor pipe chain machine, inclined conveyor pipe chain machine, and vertical conveyor pipe chain machine. A pipe chain conveyor usually consists of a drive machine, a tensioner, a steering machine, a conveying pipe, a conveying chain and a control system.
1. Driver: It consists of motor, reducer, sprocket, drive shaft, bearing and drive case. The drive case is divided into three categories: ordinary type, airtight type, and high temperature type according to the work site conditions. The high temperature type case is equipped with a bearing cooling system.
2. Tensioner: The tensioner, also known as the tail box, is composed of a sprocket, a drive shaft, a bearing, a tensioning mechanism and a chassis; there are two tensioning methods of counterweight and spring, and the vertical conveyor is not equipped with a tensioning mechanism ; The tensioning case is divided into three categories: ordinary type, airtight type and high temperature type according to the working site conditions. The high temperature type case is equipped with a bearing cooling system.
3. Steering gear: a special device used to realize three-dimensional conveying and turning of pipe chain conveyors.
4. Conveying pipe: It is formed by connecting a straight pipe and a curved pipe with a certain bending radius through a special structure flange.
5. Conveyor chain: a closed chain composed of chains and chain plates.
6. Control system: It consists of electrical components and PLC.
